Meet Eric Sattler of NVision Films

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Sattler.

Hi Eric, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Since a child, I’ve always been intrigued by film. Movies, acting, photos, video. All played a big part of who I was as a person. I loved making my family laugh, as most of the time, that’s all we had. So picking up a camera was nothing for me to get into. When I first got into the music scene at the age of 16, I had a production company called 45th Productions. I handled recording, beats, photos, graphics and videos for all the artists. I wanted to be the jack of all trades when it came to anything media-related.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to where I am today defiantly was a roller coaster. I had moments of feeling like a failure, as well as moments feeling like king of the world. You don’t really get to enjoy it until you are comfortable in your own skin though. Once I learned my strengths and how to capitalize on them, I became more appreciative about my little success moments. I learned how to focus 100% on the 1% even if thats all I have. That 1% is mine and I want to put 100% into it.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about NVision Films?
NVision Films is a media company that specializes in video content. The bread and butter of the company has come mostly for Music videos and social media ads. Music videos have ranged from artists such as Z-Ro, Lil flip, Nick Cannon. Digital ads, I have worked on stuff for The Pocket Queen, Monks & Mavericks clothing, 512gear.com, and other various brands. My music videos are known for their glitching, twitching, mini cinematic movies. Moody colors and dramatic cinematography. My digital ads are clean and simple, with enough edge to catch the customer’s eye. One thing my brand(s) are known for, not afraid to step up and represent. We research each of our projects and take pride in bringing our client vision into reality.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was a class clown. I was the one who got bored in class because it wasn’t interesting. I’m honestly one of those guys who just like to know what I need to know. Sometimes it comes back to bite, but when I’m focused on my journey, I think that’s been the saving factor to who I am and where I am today.

  • $1500 – Director/Editor
