Luis Larez began his successful professional journey in Venezuela, where he founded his own company. With a background in law and business administration, he combined his knowledge to build a solid entrepreneurial path. However, due to the challenging political and economic situation in the country,Venezuela, he decided to emigrate to the United States in 2018. Upon arrival, he started from scratch, working in various jobs, from restaurants to bakeries, and even as a delivery driver. Each of these experiences taught him to deeply appreciate the hard work and dedication of those who perform these essential roles.
Over time, Candelario specialized in office furniture installation and founded Nobel Solutions, a company known for its exceptional commitment to excellence and providing comprehensive moving and furniture installation solutions. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of collaborating with major companies, always driven by a commitment to deliver the best in every project.
Today, Candelario continues to lead Nobel Solutions with renewed passion, focusing on growth and innovation, and guided by the lessons he learned throughout his journey, from his humble beginnings to becoming a leader in his industry. His story proves that with determination and hard work, anything is possible!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been an easy road, as emigrating is never easy. Leaving everything familiar behind to adapt to a new system where I know nothing was a challenge. In my case, the language is a significant barrier, but I always focus on finding solutions. Despite the difficulties, I remain determined, learning from each experience and always looking for ways to move forward. Every obstacle is an opportunity to grow and continue on with even more strength.
