Today we’d like to introduce you to Neil Dumra
Hi Neil , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey has been shaped by deep exploration of embodiment, movement, and healing. Sports, culture, travel, and community have always guided me, but everything changed after an accident led to heavy metals being implanted into my hips. This caused profound health issues that Western healthcare failed to address. Through my healing, I discovered how genetic trauma, ancestral patterns, and family dynamics influence our well-being.
This realization led me to cacao, an ancient medicine that became the foundation of my healing and the inspiration for Third Eye Cacao. Through Third Eye, I offer high-vibrational elixirs and ceremonial cacao to help others reconnect with themselves and their bodies. Alongside this, I founded 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge, a space built on community, communication, and evolution—because deep relationships and true healing require these.
I believe Western healthcare is a fragmented system, often treating symptoms rather than addressing root causes. However, instead of resisting or dividing, my focus is on unity—bridging ancient wisdom with modern understanding to create true healing. My work is about offering alternative pathways—through cacao, breathwork, and conscious connection—that empower people to take ownership of their health and inner coherence.
At the heart of it all, I believe in coming together, learning from each other, and creating spaces where healing is not only possible but inevitable.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been anything but smooth. Financial struggles, partnership challenges, and the impact of COVID-19 have tested my resilience at every turn. In our first months of profit, we were already faced with the reality of surviving in an uncertain world. We had to change locations, rebuild multiple times, and constantly rebrand, all while keeping cacao and healing at the heart of everything we do.
Through it all, community has been our foundation. The struggle is real—not just in business, but in overcoming poverty consciousness, something I still wrestle with. But I also believe it’s the path worth taking. Learning your worth requires organizing your life in a way that aligns with your soul, not just your ego. For me, success isn’t just about money—it’s about creating a space where love is in action, where healing is accessible, and where people can reconnect with themselves and each other.
Every challenge has been a lesson, and every struggle has reinforced why I started this journey in the first place. Cacao, meditation, and community are non-negotiable pillars in my life, and I’ll continue building spaces where they thrive—no matter how many times I have to start over.
We’ve been impressed with Third eye Cacao lounge , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a certified tantra and meditation coach, I have dedicated my life to guiding individuals on their journeys toward self-discovery and healing. My expertise encompasses Ayurveda, genetics, yoga, intuitive healing, inner alchemy, and positive body realization. Prior to my work in meditation, I gained experience in retreats, hospitality management, consulting, and start-ups, and I am also a trained chef.
I am the founder of Third Eye Cacao and the 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge, where I share the magic of cacao and functional elixirs, guiding transformation through community.
In 2019, I had the honor of participating in the “Films for the Forest” initiative, which was supported by renowned actress Raveena Tandon.
What sets my work apart is a genuine commitment to authenticity and a deep respect for the individual paths of those I guide. I approach each interaction with humility and a heartfelt desire to serve, recognizing that true transformation arises from within. My journey has been one of continuous learning, and I remain dedicated to fostering spaces where love, healing, and personal growth can flourish.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories was the first time I traveled to India and met my extended family—my cousins, uncles, and relatives—for the very first time. Growing up in Minnesota, I had always been surrounded by Indian culture at home, but actually stepping into the motherland was something entirely different.
I still remember the taste of the food—familiar yet completely new, the most authentic version of what I had eaten back home. The depth of spices, the warmth of home-cooked meals, the chai shared on street corners—it was more than just nourishment; it was a language of love.
What stood out the most, though, was the sense of connection. In the U.S., space is abundant, but in India, I witnessed how people live, love, and commune in small spaces with an incredible closeness. There was no sense of lack, only an overwhelming sense of togetherness. Families packed into one room, yet their hearts were wide open—full of laughter, storytelling, and an unspoken understanding of belonging.
That trip shaped me in ways I didn’t fully realize at the time. India is my inspiration—its culture, its depth, its ability to bring people together in the most profound ways. That feeling of connection is something I carry into everything I do today, whether it’s through cacao, meditation, or simply creating spaces where people can come together and feel at home.
