Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Sueiro
Hi Victoria, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey has been a dynamic blend of creativity, passion, and purpose. It all began when I was 14 years old, stepping into the world of video editing and acting. Back then, I was drawn to storytelling and how visual media could evoke emotions and create connections. This initial spark grew into a deep love for creative expression, which shaped the foundation of my career.
In my early 20s, I started exploring social media content creation and modeling. Over time, I honed my skills in video production, photography, and social media strategy. As a content creator, I quickly realized the power of building an authentic personal brand and engaging audiences through meaningful storytelling. My experience in modeling expanded as I took on fashion editorials, commercial beauty projects, and e-commerce campaigns, learning to adapt to various styles and themes.
While growing my career, I also recognized the importance of community. This realization led me to establish Monthlygalsday, a platform where creatives could collaborate, support one another, and thrive. From hosting Vogue-themed events to networking meetups, I found immense joy in creating spaces where individuals could connect and shine. This venture also allowed me to deepen my expertise in event planning and creative direction.
Today, my work spans multiple areas: modeling, content creation, community building, and consulting. I collaborate with brands across industries—from fitness and wellness to fashion and luxury living. My focus is on creating impactful digital experiences and providing value through education, career advice, and personal development. Each project I undertake reflects my dedication to empowering others and showcasing the beauty of creativity and collaboration.
Looking back, my journey has been about embracing opportunities, learning from every experience, and staying true to my passions. It’s been a rewarding path, and I’m excited to see where it leads next.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to where I am today hasn’t been without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles was overcoming self-doubt and the fear of failure, especially in the early stages of my journey. Navigating the competitive industries of modeling and content creation required resilience and constant learning. There were moments when projects didn’t go as planned or when opportunities fell through, forcing me to adapt and stay persistent.
Additionally, balancing creativity with the business side of things—like managing partnerships, contracts, and deadlines—was a steep learning curve. I also faced challenges in building and maintaining a supportive community while staying true to my vision. Despite these struggles, each obstacle became a valuable lesson that strengthened my skills, mindset, and ability to succeed in my creative endeavors.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in modeling, content creation, community building, and consulting. My work spans a wide range of industries, from fashion and luxury living to wellness and fitness. As a model, I bring versatility and creativity to every project, adapting seamlessly to various styles, themes, and concepts. As a content creator, I focus on crafting impactful digital experiences through storytelling, video production, photography, and social media strategy.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine creative direction with strategic planning, ensuring each project I work on is both visually compelling and highly effective. I’m known for creating authentic connections with audiences and helping brands amplify their message in meaningful ways.
I’m most proud of the community I’ve built through Monthlygalsday, a platform that empowers creatives to connect and collaborate. Organizing events where people feel inspired and celebrated has been incredibly fulfilling. Additionally, I take pride in helping others grow through educational content, career advice, and mentorship.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
When it comes to finding a mentor, I think the most important thing is to approach the process with a mindset of building a genuine relationship. It’s not just about finding someone who can help you immediately, but about finding someone whose values and experiences align with yours. I recommend starting by attending industry events or networking meetups, whether in person or online, where you can connect with like-minded people. Also, don’t be afraid to reach out to those whose work you admire. Make sure to ask thoughtful questions and be respectful of their time – showing genuine interest in learning from them can go a long way in building that trust.
For networking in general, I think it’s crucial to focus on building real relationships rather than seeing networking as a one-off transaction. It’s about showing up consistently, engaging with others, and being willing to offer support or help when you can. I’ve found that when you give value first, whether through advice, connections or just being there for someone, it often comes back in ways you wouldn’t expect. And always follow up after a first meeting or interaction – staying in touch is key to nurturing those connections.
What has worked well for me is staying active within my local creative community. Hosting and attending events like Monthlygalsday has allowed me to connect with other creators, entrepreneurs, and potential mentors. I try to engage in meaningful ways with people, whether it’s by collaborating, offering support, or simply learning from their experiences. I also make it a priority to follow up after meeting someone, whether through social media or email, to keep the conversation going. This approach has naturally led me to mentorship opportunities and strong, lasting relationships that have helped me grow both personally and professionally.
