Exploring Life & Business with Brad Hutt of Revival Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brad Hutt.

Hi Brad, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I had spent eight years working in the field of sports medicine as an athletic trainer as well as teaching high school and college courses. I had a great job situation as a teacher/athletic trainer and could definitely envision staying in that role for the long term. But, in my spirit, I always felt like there was more for me. I would have to get past being comfortable and dive into a world of being a doctor and business owner.

I graduated chiropractic school in 2020 at the age of 34, my wife and I became parents the following summer, and we opened Revival Chiropractic in February of 2022. To say we jumped into the fire would be an understatement. We’ve learned so much in the three plus years we’ve been opened, but the testimonials and miracles we’ve seen in our office outweighs the challenges and hardships we encountered along the way.

Here we are! Serving pregnant moms, kiddos, and hundreds of people of all ages. We are committed to making an impact in our community by helping people truly heal themselves from the inside out!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No way! And that was expected. Nothing of value or major significance will be easy or just be given to you. I lost my brother halfway through chiropractic school and then our clinic got shut down during 2020. Our buildout process for our office took months longer than anticipated. Then, we had our opening delayed because of a random ice storm in Texas! You just learn to prepare as best as you can and then go with the flow.

About 8 months into practice, we were in a precarious situation financially and had to let go of our office manager. My two main things in being a leader is to be a good man and to take care of your people, so that weighed very heavy on me. Personally, that was difficult to do, but in a business sense, it had to be done. God definitely provided grace and direction for the situation. Funny enough, that office manager found a job that month with better pay and benefits and she continues to come to us for her chiropractic care.

As you know, we’re big fans of Revival Chiropractic. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We provide chiropractic care to pregnant moms, kiddos, entire families, and anyone who is looking to live their life at their highest capacity. We specialize in neurologically-based chiropractic care that addresses each individual’s ability to perform optimally, whether you are the 3 year-old learning to run/jump/climb or the 40-something mom trying to juggle all the things that mom life entails. We are not a pain practice, but a prevention and performance-based practice. We assess each client on an individual basis and tailor our care to their exact needs.

What sets us apart is the experience we try to create for those in our office. We want our clients to feel at home in our office. We also want to be set apart by the results we get. Unfortunately, we usually end up being a last resort for many clients when nothing else has worked. We always want to give them hope and results. From clients who were told they would never run again, to getting off of medications, to seeing kids who were told they would never read or speak doing so. We get uncommon results because we take an uncommon approach to care by creating an entire experience and atmosphere around it.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’ve never had a cup of coffee. I’ve tried a few sips, but it isn’t for me.
