Meet Callie Jenschke of Supply Showroom

Today we’d like to introduce you to Callie Jenschke.

Hi Callie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started with a passion for interiors and a deep respect for the transformative power of design. Early in my career, I noticed a gap in the market—there were either mass-produced wallpapers that lacked soul or ultra-luxury brands that felt out of reach and out of touch. I believed there was space for a brand that offered both artistry and approachability, without compromising on quality or service.

What began as a small, design-forward collection of vendors from across the world quickly evolved into a full-fledged B2B luxury wallpaper and fabric company. From the beginning, we focused on serving interior designers—building meaningful relationships, offering concierge-level customer service, and staying ahead of trends without being trendy. We grew intentionally, first in Texas and then gradually into other markets, driven largely by word of mouth and loyalty from our design community.

Every step has been grounded in a commitment to exceptional design, fast turnaround, and being a partner our clients can truly rely on. Today, our brand is known for being both premium and personal—a balance I’m really proud of.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all—it’s been a beautiful but bumpy road, like most entrepreneurial journeys. One of the biggest early challenges was gaining traction in a highly competitive industry where brand trust and reputation mean everything. We were new, and convincing designers to take a chance on us required persistence, a lot of relationship-building, and a relentless focus on delivering impeccable service.

Scaling was another challenge. As demand grew, so did the complexity—managing new vendors and hiring the right team to support our growth. And of course, like many businesses, we faced curveballs from supply chain and order issues and shifting economic conditions (& hello COVID) that forced us to adapt quickly.

But those struggles taught me how to be more strategic, more resourceful, and more connected to our core mission. Every hurdle made our brand stronger and helped shape the business into what it is today.

We’ve been impressed with Supply Showroom, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We’re a to the design trade luxury wallpaper and fabric company that exists to support interior designers with trend-setting, high-quality, design-forward collections and exceptional service. Our mission is simple: to make designers’ lives easier while elevating their projects with standout, artfully designed materials.

What sets us apart is our commitment to both creativity and service. We’re known for our colorful, fashion-forward patterns that feel fresh and current—but also timeless. Our artisanal designed collections are developed with a pulse on what’s next in design, but we never chase trends just for the sake of it. Every pattern and fabric we represent is thoughtfully created to inspire and elevate interiors in a lasting way.

On the service side, we go above and beyond—fast turnaround times, white-glove support, and a true partnership mentality. We’re not just a vendor; we’re a collaborator designers can trust.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that we’ve built something that feels premium, but still deeply personal. Our clients often tell us we’re their “best-kept secret”—and while we love that, we’re ready to be their best-known one, too.

We want your readers to know that if they’re looking for a fabric and wallpaper partner who values originality, reliability, and deep design community support, we’re here for them.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We love working with interior designers, architects, and builders who value bold design and personalized service. The best way to connect with us is by reaching out through our website or social channels—we’re always open to building new relationships and finding ways to collaborate, whether that’s through scheming for your next project, hosting you in our showroom, or helping you solve your next design conundrum.

Designers can register for a trade account to access our collections, request samples, and receive tailored support from our team. We also welcome showroom inquiries and creative brand collaborations that align with our aesthetic and values.

And of course, one of the best ways to support us is by spreading the word—referrals, reposts, or simply introducing our brand to someone in the design world goes a long way and means the world to a growing business like ours.
