Today we’d like to introduce you to William Perbellini.
Hi William, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in a small town called Zevio, in the outskirts of the beautiful city of Verona, Italy. I grew up on my grandparents’ apple orchard and I’ve always been surrounded by nature.
At age 23 I moved to Los Angeles for a job opportunity and I managed a cocktail bar named Bar Toscana, next door to the iconic restaurant Toscana in Brentwood, California.
This was a great chapter of my life because I met my future wife EH, got married and had our first child LP.
After 8 successful years running the cocktail program at Bar Toscana my family and I decided to take my career to another level and moved to Las Vegas where I became the Property Mixologist for luxury Hilton property Waldorf Astoria (former Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas).
After working there for a few years I received an offer to run the beverage operations for luxury brand
Rosewood in Santa Barbara at the stunning Miramar Beach Resort in
Montecito, California.
During the pandemic we decided to move closer to family therefore Austin Texas was the best option for us.
Now I own my mobile beverage services company, The Italian Mixologist, and I operate in the Austin area.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Moving from Italy to the US in 2010 was already a significant milestone in my life because at age 23 I left my family there to pursue a dream that became reality.
Raising a family in Los Angeles was also a challenge due to the high cost of leaving and long distance from family members. Obviously moving around a lot was not easy but met incredible people and visit wonderful places so we created a lot of memories and I’m proud of that.

The Italian Mixologist is a mobile beverage services company and my main areas are weddings, corporate events, and private parties. I also offer beverage consultations for new or existing bar and restaurants, and mixology classes for those who are interested in learning more about the art of making delicious cocktails.
My focus is 100% customer satisfaction through the best quality ingredients and top class service. For me it’s all about the small details and quality of the presentation. We have several mobile bars to service larger crowds and a list of talented and certified bartenders who can deliver fantastic hospitality.
