Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It was a funny accident that led me to discover the intuitive beauty of acupuncture and East Asian medicine. I had injured myself whilst doing some deep yoga stretching and was in intense pain for days. My partner at the time recommended I see an acupuncturist to assist with the healing and pain
It was during that experience that my sage and wise acupuncturist uncovered deeper health issues I had struggled with most of my life pertaining to my reproductive health. Implementing both acupuncture and herbal strategy, my acupuncturist helped bring equilibrium to my hormones and regularity to my monthly cycles.
It was several years after this profound experience with this new (to me) medicine that I made the leap to study it myself and share the healing that I encountered with others.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Looking back, it feels like it was a smooth path that led me to where I am today because I was led by a sense of determination and purpose. This endeavor of sharing acupuncture & herbalism through opening my own private practice seemed to happen as it should. With each year, my clinic and apothecary grow more successful and help more people nudge their bodies and minds into harmony. While it is not easy, the fulfillment of work makes it worthwhile.
Looking back, I also remember the intense work I put in studying for exams, passing boards, becoming a credentialed, certified, licensed practitioner, working a night job to pay the rent for my clinic when I was just beginning. Scrimping and saving to cover my expenses and supplies. Working tirelessly to build my large liquid herbal apothecary and formulating new formulas and skincare was all I thought about (and still do)!
Was it a smooth ride? No way! Did it fill my heart with accomplishment and fulfillment? Most definitely.

What are your plans for the future?
In the upcoming years, we anticipate hitting several new milestones such as expanding our clinic to include room for educational classes and more space for our extensive herbal apothecary.
