Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric & Eva Estrada.
Hi Eric & Eva, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We started filming weddings in 2023, but the spark for it began with our own wedding. We got married at sunrise on the summit of a mountain in Northern Italy — an unforgettable experience that showed us how powerful and meaningful a well-told love story can be. Our wedding filmmaker actually received awards for our wedding film.
Before that, we’d spent a years capturing fitness through photo and video, so storytelling through the lens already felt like second nature. But when we received our own wedding film, we realized how deeply those moments could move people. That’s when we knew we wanted to help other couples relive the magic of their day, too.
Since our first wedding shoot, it’s been an incredible journey — starting in the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest and now bringing our passion for storytelling to Austin. We’re so excited to capture the love, energy, and vibrant stories this city has to offer.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s definitely been a fun and rewarding journey. Working together as a husband-and-wife team has been such a blessing — we feel really lucky to share not just our lives, but also our creative passion.
That said, it hasn’t been without its challenges. The biggest hurdle so far has been relocating our business from the Pacific Northwest to Austin. Moving meant starting fresh in a new city, meeting new couples, and rebuilding our network. On top of that, we’re in the process of rebranding as we head into our next wedding season — which is both exciting and a little daunting.
We’re thrilled about this next chapter and can’t wait to keep capturing love stories here in Austin.

We specialize in capturing the joy, energy, and deep emotions that unfold on a wedding day. For us, it’s all about the fun, the passion, and those in-between moments that truly tell a couple’s story.
We love working with couples who are wildly in love and can’t wait to celebrate such a huge milestone surrounded by their favorite people. Our role isn’t just to film the day — we see ourselves as cheerleaders and a calming presence, making sure couples feel supported so they can fully enjoy every moment.
What we’re most proud of is creating films that couples cherish not just when they first watch them, but every anniversary after. We want them to relive the laughter, the tears, and the magic of that day for years to come. We believe it’s that focus on genuine connection and heartfelt storytelling that sets us apart.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5–10 years, we see a real shift toward more artistic and intentional wedding films. Couples are increasingly looking for something that goes beyond just documenting the day — they want a film that feels timeless, creative, and deeply personal.
The filmmakers we admire most are blending cinematic storytelling with a sense of elegance and artistry, creating films that feel like heirlooms rather than just recordings. We believe that’s where the industry is headed: a focus on storytelling, mood, and emotion that captures not only what the day looked like, but what it truly felt like.
