Hi Sophia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began my massage therapy career over 15 years ago and quickly fell in love with the field. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to providing exceptional wellness experiences that leave clients feeling restored and renewed. My journey has taken me across New York, New Jersey, California, and Texas, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients.
To stay consistently connected and available, I’ve joined several professional networks while also welcoming clients who come to me through referrals and word of mouth. I’m best known for two modalities. The first is delivering the ultimate relaxation massage with a firm, attentive touch and the second is pre and post natal massage care. I wholeheartedly believe in the profound power of healing through massage.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Covid presented it own set of obstacles but thankfully with technology I was able to offer classes via zoom or recordings.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’ve been a massage therapist for nearly 15 years, specializing in the art of activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the state where the body can truly rest, restore, and heal. I especially enjoy providing strong, effective deep tissue massage as well as nurturing pre- and postnatal care.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply focused, allowing me to meet each client exactly where they are. Massage feels less like a profession and more like a calling for me—one that allows me to share the profound power of touch and its ability to support both body and mind.
Any big plans?
My plans for the future are to continually grow my private practice.
