Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Stone.
Hi Jenny, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I am a native of Austin and started my career over 20 years ago launching an event planning business. While I loved creating memorable experiences, I realized my true passion was always in the behind-the-scenes organizing—bringing systems, functionality and calmness to my client’s lives and homes.
That realization led me to segue fully into professional home organizing, turning what had begun as a personal passion into Jenny Stone Designs, a lifestyle management and home organizing company. I now help clients create spaces that allow them to focus on what matters most.
I grew up inspired by my father who founded his own company and whose dedication and hard work shaped my entrepreneurial path, I try to bring the same care, thoughtfulness, and intentionality to every client I work with.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Overall it has been a smooth road, but Covid definitely caused some bumps along the road! All of a sudden, everyone was confined to their homes and needed their home to be a sanctuary. (and STAT!) Navigating working with clients when we couldn’t always work side by side was a challenge but we found ways to get creative and are so grateful that is behind us!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Jenny Stone Designs?
Jenny Stone Designs helps our clients create systems that simplify daily life.
We specialize in professional home organizing, designing practical, thoughtful systems tailored to each client. Our focus on personalized, behind-the-scenes organization sets us apart. There is no cookie cutter approach -every client has different needs and challenges.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I think it will continue to grow exponentially. So many people are realizing the benefit of decluttering their lives, being more intentional with their homes and living without chaos.
