Hi Stacy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always loved bringing order to chaos and helping people make sense of their stories. My background is in Human Resources and Leadership Development, where I spent years creating programs to help people grow and connect. Over time, I realized those same skills—organization, storytelling, and reflection—fit perfectly with my love of photos.
That’s how Snapshot Solutions started. What began as helping friends get their photo collections under control has grown into a business where I help families organize, preserve, and actually enjoy their memories again. It’s so rewarding to see someone go from overwhelmed by thousands of photos to having everything organized and ready to share.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like most small business owners, it hasn’t all been smooth! I started Snapshot Solutions while balancing family life and another career, so finding time to grow the business and learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship was definitely a challenge. There’s also the ongoing balance of educating people about what a photo organizer actually does—it’s still a newer profession!

Snapshot Solutions helps people bring order to their photo chaos so they can actually enjoy their memories again. I organize digital and printed photos, create photo books, and design systems to keep collections easy to find and up to date.
A lot of people have boxes of old photos, slides, or home movies they don’t know what to do with—or thousands of digital photos scattered across phones and computers. I help them get everything in one place, organized, backed up, and ready to share.
What sets me apart is how personal the process is—I don’t just organize photos, I help tell the stories behind them. My background in communication and leadership helps me make the process simple, encouraging, and judgment-free. Clients often say they finally feel relief seeing their photos organized and their memories preserved.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that Snapshot Solutions makes something that feels overwhelming feel doable—and even enjoyable. I want readers to know that their photos and stories matter, and it’s never too late to get them organized.

What matters most to me is connection—helping people feel connected to their memories, their families, and their stories. I’ve seen how powerful it is when people take time to reflect on where they’ve been and what matters most. Photos are such a beautiful way to do that—they remind us of the everyday moments that make up our lives.
