Never been smooth, but my favorite quote is “Success is determined by how you respond to failures”. Some of the struggles were learning how to manage growth while still maintaining the personal touch for our clients. Achieving high standards is about providing more in value than you take in payment, so effectively correcting errors or mistakes is critical. I make sure to always take responsibility for the actions and outcomes my firm delivers.
