Hi Yenniré, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story did not begin in the digital world. For 18 years, I worked in medicine, a career that shaped my discipline, responsibility, and deep understanding of how important guidance is during times of uncertainty. When I emigrated to the United States, my professional life shifted completely. I had to rebuild myself from the ground up in a new country, within a different system, and a new reality.
That reinvention led me to question my purpose, independence, and how I wanted to design my life. I began exploring the digital space, marketing, and later, artificial intelligence, not from theory, but from necessity. What started as a personal search evolved into a strategic path to create freedom, structure, and sustainable growth.
Over time, I recognized that many entrepreneurs, especially within the Hispanic community, were facing the same challenges I had experienced: strong talent and experience, but without clear systems to monetize their knowledge, position themselves strategically, or adapt to the digital economy. That realization led me to create Elevaher, a platform focused on empowering primarily Hispanic entrepreneurs to build digital businesses with clarity, structure, and modern tools.
Today, from Austin, Texas, I support entrepreneurs across the United States, primarily within the Hispanic community, by helping them transform their knowledge into scalable digital assets, optimize their processes with artificial intelligence, and build businesses aligned with the life they want to live. Elevaher represents conscious reinvention, strategic clarity, and the belief that growth is possible when purpose meets intentional action.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth or linear road. Reinventing myself in a new country meant navigating uncertainty on a professional, financial, and personal level. Transitioning from a well-established career in medicine into a completely different environment required adaptability, resilience, and a strong willingness to evolve.
One of the biggest challenges was navigating the digital space without a clear strategic structure. There was an abundance of information, but very little direction. I had to learn how to filter, test, and make intentional decisions about where to invest my time and energy, identifying what truly generated results and what did not.
I also faced cultural and positioning challenges as a Hispanic entrepreneur in a highly competitive digital ecosystem. Finding an authentic voice without diminishing my background or experience, was part of the journey. Over time, those challenges became an advantage. They helped me develop strategic clarity, strong discernment, and a system I now use to guide others from real-world experience, not theory.
Every obstacle contributed to the growth of Elevaher, a platform built through conscious adaptation and designed to help entrepreneurs move forward with structure, focus, and purpose.
