Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not really. Some of the struggles was getting used to operating in the United Kingdom and Europe. Their business practices are different but were eventually mastered and I have consulted in UK, Europe, West Africa, South Africa etc. effectively as a result

Recently I have been focused on the Freedom Roadmap. This is a recent pivot as one on one consulting was taking up too much band width and started reduce the number of clients I could effectively help. It established the basic blueprint for a self-running business and helps an executive master to transform from chaotic, owner-dependent companies into calm, self-running machines that grow without daily firefighting.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Providing genuine help for my customers and to see a CEO go from being confused and being the main driving force of his business to actually working ON the business instead of IN it and doing so with confidence and certainty. Why: Too many business fail unnecessarily – I like the idea halting that downward curve!
