Hi Ginette, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m Jnet, a professional makeup artist and the founder of JnetBeautyArtist.
I’ve loved beauty since I was young and always enjoyed helping people feel beautiful. After working seven years in finance, I moved to the U.S. and decided to follow my passion by attending professional makeup school.
Today, I use makeup to enhance confidence and create meaningful experiences for my clients.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t a smooth road. I had to learn a new language, finance my beauty education, start my business, and balance my role as a wife while building my family. These challenges strengthened my resilience and discipline

JnetBeautyArtist specializes in makeup for all skin tones, events, bridal services, and beginner Makeup 101 classes. I started with event makeup and expanded into education and bridal beauty. What sets my brand apart is inclusivity, technical expertise, and a personalized, professional approach.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson was learning patience and consistency. Trusting the process, believing in myself, and staying committed—even during difficult moments—made all the difference.
