Meet Scott Crosley of Round Rock

Today we’d like to introduce you to Scott Crosley.

Hi Scott, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
– Scott Crosley
– 52 years old, five kids, one amazing granddaughter
– Recently retired from the Army (Chaplain, Colonel, Army Ranger)
– CEO/Founder of “Pivot-Faith & Valor”
– “We exist to pivot women and children globally from sexual slavery and exploitation to freedom!”
– My family and I lived in Asia for two years to learn about and work with several other groups fighting human trafficking
– We moved back to Texas in 2021 and shortly thereafter began Pivot
– Our focus is on South America initially. We have one Pivot House in Bogota, Colombia where trafficking girls can live and find restoration and healing.
– In 2026 we are expanding to open another Pivot House in Quito, Ecuador and also in Tampa, Florida
– We have reached approx 250 girls since our we opened in 2022

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
– The biggest struggle is getting the girls to trust our team initially. They have been raped, abused, and in some cases attempted murder so it understandably takes time to establish trust.
– We are trying to raise 750k-1M in 2026 so we can expand our footprint and open these two new Pivot Houses. We need investors who come on board and want to help Pivot expand our reach!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Pivot is a frontline non-profit that helps to rescue and restore girls who have been entangled in prostitution either willingly or against their will. Pivot was founded by military veterans who have the skills, faith and valor to go to some dark corners of the world to help shine light where it is most needed.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
Best:
– I like the diversity of the Round Rock/Austin area and that it’s an athletic town

Least:
– I wish it was a bit more hilly and scenic perhaps
