Hi Ronak, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My wife and I got married nine years ago, and together we have four amazing kids. We currently manage a country inn in Lampasas, Texas. I’m originally from India, and my wife is American—she’s an incredible cook and baker. This food truck is our first step into the food business, driven by one simple goal: I just want everyone to experience my wife’s amazing cooking. We’re excited to see where this journey takes us, and who knows—maybe one day we’ll open a brick-and-mortar location!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The food truck and food industry are definitely challenging, and it hasn’t always been easy. But every day brings a new learning experience that helps us grow and prepare for the future

We run a food truck in Lampasas, Texas, specializing in fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by my wife’s incredible cooking and baking. We’re known for our breakfast and comfort foods with a twist—everything made with care and quality ingredients. What we’re most proud of is sharing my wife’s food with our community and seeing people enjoy it as much as we love making it. What sets us apart is the heart behind every dish: it’s a family-driven passion, and our goal is simply to bring joy through amazing, home-style food.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Having a tree house and playing in it everyday.
