Hi John, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For the past 40 years I have served as an apostolic leader and prophetic voice. My life has been divinely guided by God to build several ministries that are now recognized worldwide under the banner of Spirit Led Family. I have trained Christian leaders globally to advance the Kingdom of God and have shared wisdom, knowledge, and insights through the Holy Spirit’s leading, catering to both established and emerging leaders.
With a wealth of experience, I mainly focus on training God’s End Time Warriors, drawing from my background as an educator, structural steel draftsman, businessperson, athlete, and ministry developer. Across various platforms—whether in personal mentoring sessions, leader training groups, business consulting, or preaching—I convey the heart of the Father, delivering wisdom, revelation, and impartation through my grace empowered anointing as an Apostolic Master Builder. As a modern revivalist, I powerfully manifest the presence of God during leading, mentoring and training..
Since founding this full-time apostolic ministry in 1985, I have conducted more than 200 Holy Spirit crusades in over 50 countries. I have witnessed over 600,000 individuals come to faith through full baptism in the Holy Spirit and have led a prophetic and healing gathering with up to one million attendees. Additionally, I have facilitated the establishment of 27 churches worldwide, and a Bible college in Ethiopia. These churches and Apostolic Centers have been planted in countries including Cambodia, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico, South America, Europe, Haiti, China, Japan, and 12 locations across the United States.
I have appeared over 25 times on TBN and various radio networks worldwide. My ministry has also been featured in Charisma Magazine and Spirit Led Woman. I currently hold ordination with Destiny Leaders, the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders and Spirit Led Family,

In 2023, after two weeks of focused prayer and fasting, I had a dream that my wife and I returned to Austin, Texas. We were living in Irvine, California at the time. We moved our Ministry base to Northwest Austin Texas in January of 2024.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Some of our greatest struggles have been lack of finances and support. Also, the fact that I lost my marriage due to leaving a denomination in 2016, this was very costly and painful and took time to heal and get over. I thank God for my current lovely wife, Jennifer Arcovio. She has been such a help and healing agent to me and to help me get back on the horse as though it were in providing quality, mentoring, training and spiritual fathering.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
You have to be sold out 100%. What you are dreaming to do will take you more time you ever imagined it would, it will cost you more than you ever thought it could, and success will demand your complete focus, energy and attention to see completion.
