I have always loved cleaning, even since I was a kid. I have been in business in Austin for many years, and I truly enjoy what I do. I am very good at cleaning – fast and efficient. I am always looking for ways to improve my efficiency and add new techniques and products to improve my skills as a housekeeper. Cleaning can be stressful and overwhelming for home owners. My goal is to take that stress away, and in just a few hours leave them with a beautifully clean house they can come home to.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes, I have had a lot of success in the house cleaning business. I am very experienced, and I am good at being flexible and working with my clients so I can meet their house cleaning needs.

The name of my business is The Austin Cleaning Lady. I don’t have any employees – I do all of the work myself. My clients appreciate the fact that I am very personable and reliable, and always deliver a spotless clean, every time.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I would like to see house cleaning companies move towards using nontoxic and scent/perfume free products. These types of products are better for us and for the environment.
