Today we’d like to introduce you to Keith Bollman.
Hi Keith , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Keith Bollman discovered music at just eight years old, unaware that the rhythms and melodies he found as a child would one day shape his life’s purpose. What began as a young boy’s dream grew into a lifelong journey defined by resilience, service, and heart. Over the years, Keith has worn many hats—firefighter, first responder, mechanic, and drummer—each role adding depth and meaning to his story.
As a firefighter and first responder, Keith dedicated himself to saving lives and searching for those in need, answering calls that required both courage and compassion. But through every chapter, music remained his constant—his refuge, his voice, and ultimately, his true love.
Today, Keith channels his experiences into spreading smiles, open arms, and a message of unity: one heart, one mind, one kind. He believes that every moment, every challenge, and every place we’ve been has led us exactly where we are meant to be. Through his music, he invites others to reflect, to heal, and to embrace their own journey.
Keith sees life as one long song—each note a lesson, each verse a memory, and each chorus a reminder to be kind to yourself and others. His story continues to unfold as a forever-lasting melody, one that inspires connection, gratitude, and hope. #djbozybonez
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Keith’s path was not without profound obstacles. At just twelve years old, he was introduced to drugs, a struggle that distanced him from himself and his purpose. For years, he moved through life without fully recognizing how he was showing up in the world. Everything began to change in June 2022, when he found a support group in Georgetown that would transform his life. There, he was loved and supported until he learned how to love himself. That experience became the foundation for his healing, giving him the strength to pursue his music career and dedicate himself to helping others find hope, healing, and direction.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
By day, Keith works at Georgetown Muffler Automotive in Georgetown, where every morning he walks into the same building—but never the same challenges. From 8 to 5, his mission is diagnosing vehicles, solving problems others cannot see, and helping keep the world moving forward—one vehicle at a time. He understands that every car he repairs represents someone’s livelihood, someone’s responsibility, and someone’s family. Through his hands and his dedication, he helps others get where they need to be so they can continue supporting their own family.
Any big plans?
Keith’s mission continues to grow beyond himself. He remains committed to spreading his message that one heart and one mind equals one kind. With hopes of one day meeting a renowned artist and going on tour, Keith continues to pursue his calling with humility and determination. His greater vision reaches even further—dedicating his own property in the future to create a sober living establishment, providing others with the same support, safety, and opportunity that helped transform his own life.
