Joe, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Tucked behind an unmarked purple door, I spend most nights turning ordinary spirits into liquid magic. I think every cocktail should tell a story.
By day, I’m busy scribbling flavor ideas in a small black notebook. By night, my team and I move to the rhythm of jazzy tunes-measuring, shaking, and pouring under the warm glow of low lights.
Eden is ever growing, and evolving it’s menu to the taste’s of our clientele and ourselves. We try to catch secrets in a glass that will delight those who can find us under the red light.
We want our space to feel like a secret shared
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The challenge is finding people with the same amount of passion as we have when it comes to craft cocktails and unique flavors.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We’re proud that we have a collaborative atmosphere, all of our team has the opportunity to see their ideas come to life on our menu. This is how we have been able to grow because people engage with our drinks and not only get to enjoy the finished cocktails, but get to hear about the evolution and creation process that went into them from the makers themselves.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Our space used to be a paranormal speakeasy. Sometimes we get surprise guests.
