Hidden Gems: Meet Baileigh Cooper of Atx Graze Haus

Today we’d like to introduce you to Baileigh Cooper.

Baileigh, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
ATX Graze Haus started as a passion project that quickly turned into something much bigger than I ever imagined. I’ve always loved bringing people together through food, creativity, and memorable experiences, and what began with small charcuterie boards and desserts has grown into a full-service event company serving the Austin area.

Before becoming a business owner, I worked in sales, but I knew I wanted to build something of my own. In July 2025, I took the leap and launched ATX Graze Haus. Since then, the business has expanded beyond grazing tables to include catering, custom desserts, balloon installations, backdrops, interactive carts, event styling, and day-of coordination.

My goal has always been to make event planning easier by offering clients a one-stop shop for celebrating life’s special moments. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, baby shower, birthday party, or community gathering, I love helping bring each client’s vision to life.

The first year of business has been filled with long days, constant learning, and incredible growth. There have been challenges along the way, but seeing our work become part of so many meaningful celebrations makes it all worthwhile. What started as a small idea has become a thriving business, and I’m incredibly grateful for the clients, partners, and community members who have supported ATX Graze Haus along the journey.

As we approach our one-year anniversary, I’m excited for what’s next and look forward to continuing to create beautiful experiences throughout Austin and beyond.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but I think that’s true for most entrepreneurs. One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to wear so many hats at once. As a business owner, I’m not just creating grazing tables and planning events, I’m also handling marketing, sales, bookkeeping, client communication, logistics, and everything in between.

Another challenge has been overcoming self-doubt and learning to trust myself as my business has grown. When you start something from the ground up, there isn’t always a roadmap, and many decisions have to be made through trial and error. There have been long days, late nights, and moments where I’ve questioned whether I was capable of taking the business to the next level.

Managing growth has also been a learning experience. As ATX Graze Haus expanded from charcuterie boards into full-service events, catering, desserts, décor, balloons, and coordination, I had to learn how to scale while still maintaining the quality and personal touch that clients expect.

Despite the challenges, every obstacle has taught me something valuable. The difficult moments have helped me become a stronger business owner, and they’ve made every milestone feel that much more rewarding. Looking back, I wouldn’t change the journey because those challenges played a huge role in shaping both me and the business into what we are today.

As you know, we’re big fans of Atx Graze Haus. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
ATX Graze Haus is a full-service event company based in the Austin area that specializes in catering, grazing tables, custom desserts, event styling, balloon installations, backdrops, interactive carts, and day-of coordination. What began as a love for creating charcuterie boards has grown into a business dedicated to helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments with ease and creativity.

What sets us apart is our ability to provide a truly customized experience. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we work closely with each client to create events that reflect their vision, style, and personality. Whether it’s an intimate brunch, a luxury wedding, a corporate gathering, or a community event, we focus on thoughtful details and memorable guest experiences.

One thing I’m especially proud of is how quickly ATX Graze Haus has evolved. In less than a year, we’ve expanded from grazing tables into a one-stop-shop event brand that can handle everything from catering and desserts to décor, balloons, and event coordination. My goal has always been to make the planning process easier for clients while still delivering something unique and beautiful.

At the heart of our brand is connection. Food has a way of bringing people together, and I love creating spaces where people can gather, celebrate, and make memories. Every event is different, and that’s what inspires me most. We don’t just provide food or décor—we help create experiences that people will remember long after the event is over.

As we continue to grow, my vision is to make ATX Graze Haus a recognized name throughout Central Texas for exceptional service, creativity, and unforgettable celebrations. We are proof that with passion, hard work, and a willingness to take risks, a small idea can grow into something truly special.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a business owner is that mentors don’t always come in the form of one person. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned from fellow business owners, industry professionals, vendors, clients, and even through trial and error. Every conversation has the potential to teach you something valuable if you’re willing to listen and learn.

Networking has been one of the most important factors in the growth of ATX Graze Haus. Some of my best opportunities have come from building genuine relationships within the community rather than focusing solely on sales. I believe people want to work with people they know, trust, and enjoy being around. Showing up to local events, supporting other small businesses, collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs, and being active on social media have all helped me build meaningful connections.

My advice for finding a mentor is to seek out people whose values, work ethic, and success you admire. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, but also be respectful of their time and willing to put in the work yourself. A mentor can provide guidance, but growth comes from taking action.

Most importantly, don’t wait until you feel “ready” to start networking. Some of the relationships that have helped me the most started with a simple introduction or conversation. Building a strong network takes time, but those connections can open doors, create opportunities, and provide support throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
