Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicholas hunt.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I fell in love with movies way before I started creating. I love the way you can make emotions and feelings change by strategically putting scenes that you create together. As far as CANTSTOPMEDIA it started right after I graduated from the amazing Prairie View A&M University. I started by doing free work for small businesses in my community in Austin. From there everything started to grow from my filmmaking, creating commercials to taking high-end photographs.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been easy, there was a season of trying to get resources. I used to borrow equipment to even try to get anything remotely done. I initially looked to work for corporate companies here in Austin but it was difficult and extremely competitive. You have to get over being looked over even when you know certain opportunities would be perfect for you. If had time this section would be a book, but I’m proud of what I made for myself this far.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a professional Cinematographer and photographer. I create thought-provoking and finger-moving content for companies and even creative work for other artists. I’m most known for the quality of my videos and how well these images come together. I’m most proud of people who know what my brand is, last year I had the pleasure of working the Grammys to film award-winning artist Mali Music, and doing promotional content for the top selling retailer Ma Man Manier.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
There was no luck just prayer, faith, hard work and dedication.
