Today we’d like to introduce you to Antoine Wade.
Hi Antoine, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my business in 2018 after returning back to the US after three years of living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I noticed a need for millennials to be coached and mentored to become future leaders in Corporate America and to fast-track their careers to make six figures in IT.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were definitely many ups and downs such as who was my target audience. How was I going to find the time with a full-time job and a family while living in a new city.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I have always been interested in exploring the world. I’ve moved 11 times and lived outside of the US for a total of six years. I have always been curious about technology and people. I love developing others and seeing them achieve the success that they put the work in for.
