Today we’d like to introduce you to Dillar Schwartz.
Hi Dillar, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my career as the Director of Operations of a team. I knew real estate was a very rewarding industry and I wanted to take a deep dive into understanding it. I transitioned into coaching and sales to help others grow and build portfolios. Now we have The Dillar Group a team of agents servicing all of central Texas.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The struggles have been watching clients wait too long and miss out in their place in the market or saying goodbye to clients. Our clients are like family, so when they hire us to sell their homes… it’s tough.
Finding the perfect vendors who offer high-level customer service can be difficult, we value our strategic partnerships and want the best for our clients.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in investing and listing homes. I want to help other build generational wealth through real estate. I personally own long-term and short-term rentals, flip homes regularly, and am very active in the community – this helps me properly advise my clients, offer solutions and opportunities for their portfolios.
We also have crews that help sellers prepare their homes for the market and offer free staging!!!
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Find the person in the business that is where you want to be. Always have a coach!!
