Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Pearce.
Hi Jennifer, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This is a loaded question.😊 Started my career at Neiman Marcus learning customer service…. Then I worked for Christian Dior before transitioning in dentistry.
The high-end training I received from the aforementioned companies definitely helped me in my path to dentistry.
After 18 years of managing, training and leading teams in dentistry, it was an evolution to then become a practice co-owner.
Once finished with that growth area, I was approached to begin coaching other teams, speaking about the importance of teams, teamwork and illuminating leadership needs in Dentistry as this is oftentimes not taught to dentists in dental school.
I am now working a vertical move into women’s growth and leadership as my awareness of the need for this has grown throughout my own journey and my own personal work.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all a smooth road!🙃
I have had to learn to be mindful of my time, the people I allow around me, my own growth and journey, as well as how that can influence other’s journeys.

I am a business coach, mindset and leadership coach to many Dr.’s (dentists) and their teams across the country. My experiences in running and co-owning dental practices for 27 years brings much depth and knowledge to this endeavor.
I’m known for being a deep connector, mindset and leadership change agent in my coaching and speaking realm. This is also what sets me apart.
I’m most proud of my brand being very unique and nothing I do is cookie cutter for my clients.
My vertical move is to offer mindset and growth coaching to women across the country to live balanced, self-sustaining enriched lives. I will be pivoting my coaching program in my vertical move to reach a broader base of women and empower them to see, own and rise into their highest potential.
I’m completing a beta group of women in my Connection with Jennifer Pearce vertical move to fine tune the offerings as I pivot this move.
