Fausto Rodriguez, Realtor® leads with his values. Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all things. Fausto Rodriguez became a Realtor to do work that matters, is impactful and helps others. Fausto is a military veteran and spent six years in the United States Air Force working on fighter aircraft. He has spent 15 years overseeing various leadership roles as a local first responder in Austin, TX. He believes in leading by example, and helping his community through various forms.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the struggles he has faced are having enough time to balance and maintain a full-time job as a first responder, the stress of helping those individuals in some of the worst situations imaginable, then turning around and helping folks who are looking for a dream home. He always makes sure to set aside time to serve his clients, all while leading his family as a husband and father.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Fausto is known for having a heart for service and has spent his entire adult life focusing on how to help others in need, through his civic work, his volunteerism, and now his most recent career as a Realtor. He is proud of being resourceful, and whether it be through finding solutions for individuals in crisis and emergency situations, or finding solutions for folks who are looking for their next home, Fausto is committed to helping folks in his community.
