Alright, thank you for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, how did you get started?
Luxe Grazing + Co started from a spark that ignited during a friends get-together at my house. Throughout our conversations, we realized that Bastrop and the surrounding communities are becoming more sophisticated and culturally diverse. With that said, I knew that a niche needed to be filled. So, with my friend’s strong encouragement (insisting that I must launch my own business), Luxe Grazing + Co became a reality on June 1, 2022.
We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being in business for roughly six months, I can honestly say, it’s been smooth. Of course and as expected challenges do arise, but I love what I do.
As you know, we’re big fans of Luxe Grazing + Co. For our readers who might need to become more familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
I’m a young Hispanic entrepreneur and the founder of Luxe Grazing + Co. My expertise is designing luxury charcuterie boards, meat/cheese boxes and grazing tables. I enjoy using my creativity when designing edible works of art. My success comes from my ability to meet and surpass my client’s expectations. I like to say, “I’m here to make your cheese board dreams come true”.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I come from a tight group of Hispanic women that love cooking and baking. Reminiscing on my childhood, I recall our family get-togethers around the kitchen table. One of my earliest memories, is of me helping my grandmother make homemade flour tortillas. This process involved using my hands, incorporating the proper ingredients, appropriate length of time to create a warm, beautifully edible product that I made. My desire is for my clients to experience similar moments as they share my products with their friends and family.
