Hi Fish Fisher; we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was Bubba Watson’s performance coach on the PGA tour for 5 years. The PGA tour is not an environment that welcomes open expression. So I found myself suppressing my voice and personality, leading to depression. Shortly after leaving the PGA Tour, many traumatic events riddled my life, leaving me empty and hopeless. Steven Jaggers, a Breathwork practitioner in Phoenix, Arizona, introduced me to the concept of Breathwork to alleviate stress and depression. Curious, I participated in a few sessions and instantly noticed a massive change in my physical state. The experience was so powerful that I dedicated my life to building awareness around Breathwork. Ergo, I am now the co-founder of Somatic Breathwork. One of the largest and most recognized Breathwork brands in the world.

It has not been smooth, but it has been gratifying. Work like this is life-changing and Human connection is my currency. I am honored to be a part of this movement, helping others reconnect with themselves.

Our brand helps existing practitioners add the skill of Breathwork to their tools of resources to use to help others with a connection.
