Today we’d like to introduce you to Antonio Gironda.
Hi Antonio, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
We started this new project ( GIRONDA) on June 2022 when we recorded an E.P. Called rEvolution as part of constant evolution, personal and musical.
We have 5 songs, one in Spanish -Sin Ti
– You’re The One
– Small Room
– We are on Fire
– Your Eyes
Those 3 songs went to different countries on Latinoamerica radio, and the second one 7 weeks, was number one on radios in Bolivia, South America.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We were lucky from the beginning, founding a good studio in Oklahoma and the mix and master in Mexico City. Another is to find good people to work on the videos. All this is, as you know, with a lot of effort, dedication, and time. But the most difficult part is always finding ways to share our music as marketing and distribution. I guess we were lucky on all of this.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I consider myself a person who tries and always does more I started as a drummer, then with some vocals and always with a guitar to compose original music, resulting in 2 records singing and recording my drum lines. The next record is preparing some piano parts as I continuously grow as a musician.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Thank you for having a good recording engineer at the beginning, then finding a producer who helps us to sound better, change some notes, etc. The producer is always behind the artist who conducts the music in the right direction, mixing, mastering, and putting his part in the music. Also, the excellent disposition of people who like their job on this road, like video producers, etc. All is a great effort for some minutes of music. We feel blessed to have all of this.
