Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Stone.
Hi Natalie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
We Are Divine Wellness is the evolution of my healing journey and life’s work. Being a childhood cancer survivor, I used to think I was lucky to be here. I know now that I am here on purpose, with a purpose. I believe we all are. And it is my mission to help turn on the divine healing potential that already exists within each of us! It is with great joy that I can be a part of helping the humans on this planet feel better, do more, and live as their fully expressed selves! I was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at three months old, and while surgery, chemo, and radiation saved my life, it wrecked my immune system. I spent the first three decades with horrible gut issues, chronic fatigue, and always getting sick. I thought I had to accept that this was my hand. After receiving a degree in Psychology from UT Austin and attending the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage Therapy, I embarked on my mission to help others. I worked at the Settlement Home for Children and had a private massage practice in downtown Austin. In my early thirties, I became very interested in the root cause of illness and disease. Then, I found my path to true wellness and vitality by turning on the body’s ability to heal itself. I am now so honored to share this with the world! We can support you in several ways to activate healing in your physical, mental, and energetic body, and that is what We Are Divine Wellness is all about!
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Shifting peoples’ consciousness to a proactive approach to their health can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. I always say we have been “sold a bad bill of goods” with our for-profit, sick care model of health. It’s a very reactive, wait-until-it’s-too-late-then-slap-a-pharmaceutical-band-aid-on-it approach. Not to mention our overly processed, often nutrient-void SAD (standard American diet), which has wreaked havoc on our bodies. We wanted everything fast and convenient and have been living in a high-stress state, which has certainly backfired. Fortunately, I am an eternal optimist and have all the hope in the world that we are currently waking up at a quantum rate! I have been biohacking my DNA for over 10 years. Back then, people did not even know what the word biohacking meant, and I don’t think they were ready for the shift. Now, people are taking control of their biology left and right with intermittent fasting, clean eating, meditation, and the incorporation of tools like nootropics, adaptogenic mushrooms, and herbs. The Pan-D, as I like to call it, while extremely difficult, had some silver linings. It has shown us the importance of not only taking care of this one body we get but also forced us to look at our way of living and question if it is sustainable at every level, especially regarding our dysregulated nervous systems.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
You are a miracle! My passion is to support your body, your Divine Miracle Computer, to heal itself by working with the intelligence that already exists within. We do this together in three very unique ways:
- We focus on stabilizing the brain and nervous system with gentle and effective Microcurrent Neurofeedback, which is indicated for everything from anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, addiction, and more.
- We allow your physical and energetic body to be freed with Thai massage.
- Most importantly, we slow the aging and disease process through Nutritional cellular activation.
Using plant-based, peer-reviewed, science-backed products, we turn on your most powerful healing genetic pathways so your body can work like it did when it was younger. It has been truly fascinating to see what is possible for my clients when these life-changing “biohacks” are used individually and, even more potently, in combination. It is nothing short of a paradigm shift in well-being!
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
All it took was one trip to Austin from Houston when I was 17 years old to know that this was home. I recently celebrated 26 years here and am still in love with the city! Live music is my love language, and one of the best parts of Austin is that on any given night, you can go out for some of the best music in the world! I also love our lakes, rivers, and swimming holes and that we have a very active community that shares a progressive view of the world. I have traveled all over, and there is no place like Austin! While I appreciate the change and growth of our city, the greatest concern is the rising cost of living. Unfortunately, it’s becoming more difficult for people, especially musicians and artists, to thrive here. If we don’t support these beautiful humans who uplift our souls, Austin won’t remain the Live Music Capital of the World. I am grateful for programs like HAAM and the SIMS Foundation, and I would love to see more support around the cost of living.
