My mother, a passionate baker, instilled in me a love for creating delicious treats from scratch and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. From kneading dough to piping frosting, I absorbed every detail like a sponge, eager to one day carry on the family tradition. As I grew older, my dream of owning my cafe and bakery took root. Armed with multi-generational recipes, years of experience, and a burning entrepreneurial spirit, I set out to make my mark on the culinary scene. With determination and a sprinkle of luck, Sticky Fingers Cafe was born. The journey wasn’t without its challenges. Building a business from the ground up required countless late nights, tireless dedication, and unwavering faith in my vision. Every step forward felt like a victory earned through sheer grit and perseverance, from securing the perfect location to navigating permits and regulations.
But it was the support of my family that truly fueled my passion. From loyal patrons who fondly remember the flavors of Rustika to curious newcomers eager to sample our homemade delights, each smiling face walking through the door reminded me of why I embarked on this journey in the first place. Getting Sticky Fingers Cafe up and running certainly had its fair share of setbacks and struggles. One significant challenge we faced was inheriting a kitchen that desperately needed some TLC. Overcoming this obstacle required tremendous elbow grease and determination to transform the space into the welcoming, clean environment our customers deserved. Additionally, rebranding and renovating with limited time frames and resources presented its own set of challenges. We knew that to make Sticky Fingers Cafe stand out truly, we needed to refresh our image and create a space that reflected our vision. However, with the pressure of time looming over us, every decision had to be carefully weighed and executed efficiently. Despite these setbacks, we refused to let them deter us from our goal. With perseverance, creativity, and the support of my family, we were able to turn adversity into opportunity, ultimately creating a space that we are proud to call our own. And while the road to success may have been bumpy at times, the journey has only made us stronger and more appreciative of the hard work and dedication it takes to bring a dream to life.

As I honed my skills in the kitchen, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of food to bring people together and create lasting memories. Whether experimenting with new recipes, perfecting old favorites, or traveling to different countries to learn about their culinary cultures, I constantly sought ways to elevate my culinary creations and bring joy to those around me. Alongside my love for cooking and baking, I had a strong work ethic and a drive to improve myself constantly. I approached every task with determination and a desire to learn. With each success and setback, I grew more resilient and determined to pursue my passion for food and hospitality.
