Meet Ronald Weaver

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronald Weaver.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Well, as most stories start, I was just a thought in my mother and father’s mind until the day of December 14, 1985 which makes me a Sagittarius. I am a pure bread fire sign and full of energy and excitement. Was born in Spring Tx, and you could say I’ve always had a spring in my step and loved the weather of a nice spring day which led my work to be outside naturally. I’ve never been one to be contained by walls and limitations always a bit rebellious but in my later years, I’ve learned to be in flow with mother earth and her elements for a harmonious life. Some things that have shaped me as an individual and persona are my father’s death at a prime age of 15. These were prime years for a man to develop and hone into his healthy masculinity which was the exact opposite route I took and ultimately took me down a darker path and into what at the time seemed like an undoomed future. Through grace perseverance in a higher existence and consciousness from the help of meditation, service, and ultimately love for myself I attuned with the unlimited power of the universe and started to recreate myself from the inside out. This kingdom of power contained in me continues to upheave more and more challenges which I’ve learned to accept with grace a smile and a new prospective of positivity as well as an eye to dissect and become a better version of myself on a daily basis. Which doesn’t always go as I planned but I now have the recognition to know that change is possible in any moment in time.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smoothie it has been through some hard things in there and some challenges in there and it turns up the best results. Some struggles for me have been divorce of my parents at the age of eight, my father’s death, being kicked out of school for drugs and alcohol and other arrests while attending school to play basketball. Some of my inner challenges have been stepping fully into my leadership position and believing in myself 100 % as well as to live by if you help yourself you help 1000

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Well with my work, I feel that we as a group and as my business we are a conscious landscaping business that balances the healthy masculine with the Devine feminine. We integrate meditation and yoga as well as massage therapy and acupuncture into our self-care packages for our employees and pay people ultimately what they think they’re worth but they will have to live up to their commitment. We specialize in vegetable gardens, sacred spaces, meditation gardens as well as permaculture design. We definitely love what we do and intend to set the bar with integrity and unlimited possibilities with creative juice.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
That there are many people many stories opinions and beliefs and to let everyone have theirs and to not influence theirs or change it but to just accept people where they are and what they believe and show interest and ask questions and see how they derived and got to their believes and just get to know someone without judgment.
