Check Out Nicole Bills’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Bills.

Hi Nicole, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My parents would say that I have always been on a life path of guiding and healing. They have fond memories (that I’m sure they’d gladly regale you with…) of me at the tender age of four, sitting in a closet trying to heal my blind puppy with divine energy. Or sitting in the backyard with my stuffed animals excitedly teaching something that I had just learned at preschool.

However, if I were to look back from those early memories to today, I see the intricately woven threads of experiences & education that at the time may not have seemed aligned but perfectly makeup who I am now.

I achieved the traditional schooling merits of attending university and then earned 23 years of “school of hard knocks” by having a teaching career, being a serial entrepreneur, business owner, raising kids, and marrying my high school sweetheart.

It wasn’t until my last child entered his sophomore year of high school that I had more time to myself, & I started to panic about my next chapter. Did I want the same things? If not, what did I want to do?

When 2019 rolled around, I spent a lot of time thought-cocooning. An idea began to take root. When I reached out to clients, I asked them what they thought I had done to help them the most. Interestingly, they all replied that despite hiring me for education & consulting, they found the most benefit from when I helped coach them in finding alignment, self-empowerment, learning to communicate authentically & repair relationships.

I decided to take a year to expand my education & experience into the realm of energy healing and mindfulness-based stress reduction & communication approaches.

After that year of learning, I thought about what kind of business I wanted to build. It dawned on me that everything I have ever done has led to this pivotal understanding of myself; I am passionate about helping women discover and heal themselves, develop their ideas, motivation & growth. I have always done it, and now I understand it.

I am a life guidance coach.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My life lesson seems to be releasing the idea that I should have a perfectly balanced life. Being a mom who is also a business owner has taught me to accept that there are seasons in life that are as mercurial as in nature. Each one leads to an essential understanding of when it is time for me to “sit still and listen” or “stand up and shift”. Now, I find myself looking for where I can counterbalance my time rather than struggle to attain the impossible standard of looking like I have it all figured out.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My life’s work is in guiding women to find their clarity, alignment, & joy in life.

As women, at any stage of life, we typically are wearing so many hats that our own identity, dreams, and goals become lost in the shuffle. Our attachment wounds are buried deep in the busyness of our daily hustle and bustle that comes from being an emerging woman, boss, partner/wife, mom, etc. It becomes hard to see the mindsets holding us captive and inhibiting our growth.

What I love doing is to work side-by-side with my clients, discovering the path that is right for them in finding balance & healing of their own mind, body, & energy. Together we reframe the inner narrative by identifying the experiences that have empowered and developed their strength.

What makes my process unique is that instead of searching for a way to calm the chaos surrounding life, I teach how to find the calm within it.

My specialty is in guiding people to become grounded in the present-moment awareness, teaching how to expand acceptance of the self, regulate their physical, emotional, and cognitive sensations, & bring a sense of connection to the mind-body-energy as a whole.

Nicole is constantly learning and growing. She is a kind caring spirit. What she did not say was that the puppy was healed. Took it to our vet who had pronounced it blind. To the next day examine again and could not believe that it was a seeing dig.
