Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebekah Weintraub.
Hi Rebekah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always known that I was a servant leader, that I was born to help people. This unwavering drive and need to bring people back home to themselves is something that I’ve carried with me through everything.
I want people to want to know who they are and what they came here to do.
The overarching theme in everything that I’ve done – every job that I’ve worked, every business I’ve created, every experience that I’ve had, was that I wanted to be in service to others by sharing my innate gifts. I didn’t know how to transmute this into a personalized, unique, and tangible way that resonated with others on an individual level until I found Human Design.
Through constant trial and error, incredible highs and devastating lows, and so many moments of deep reflection in between, I came to the realization that my soul’s purpose was to help others establish a deep connection to themselves. The connection that we have with ourselves is our anchor, and when we become attuned to that, anything is possible. Building that foundation for myself and then spending years doing the work to cultivate this gift, has been my greatest accomplishment thus far.
I will never forget the day that I had my chart read. Everything that I inherently knew about myself was validated, and from that moment moving forward, I knew nothing would ever be the same. I now had the tools to navigate the world in a way that made sense just for me. It was then that I realized that Human Design was the fundamental puzzle piece that had been missing; It was what I needed to bring my deepest desire to life – to become a coach for others.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
A smooth road? Absolutely NOT. A thrilling, exciting, exhausting, liberating, lonely, depressing, gut-wrenching, CONFUSING, gratifying and intuitively led road – YES. I have experienced immense highs and “what felt like at the time” catastrophic lows, but anyone that is a visionary and sees the highest potential for themselves and their life does. Every “bump in the road” or failure has connected to get me to where I am now. Will I still experience those failures? Absolutely! But now, I’m not fearful, because I am rooted in my trust, faith, and intuition leading the way.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Human Design Coach, Empowering Speaker, and Intuitive Guide. I supply practical and tangible tools for each client of mine based on the intricacies of their Human Design Chart, while leading them through a space of compassion and commitment to themselves. My approach is so different as a coach because I incorporate Human Design as the foundation for this personalized coaching service. This takes out the guesswork and allows me to guide the client on their own transformative journey that will be designed and tailored specifically for them. I combine my knowledge of Human Design, holistic wellness, personal development, and spirituality to intuitively lead you through this awakening. I am most proud of my confidence, my authenticity, my rawness, and how relatable and approachable I am in my language. I want my clients to feel as if they’re talking to a friend that deeply cares for them. I feel as if sometimes these life coaches put themselves on a pedestal and make you feel smaller; like something is wrong with you. My perspective is that you are one step ahead of everyone else, because you are committed to the idea of living a life that truly feels like it was made for you; not everyone can wholeheartedly say that. When people are in my energy, I want them to not only feel seen as their truest self, but also feel empowered to be the greatest version of themselves. What I am most proud of, is that I am not scared to initiate and make myself known. I will introduce myself to anyone, and always follow my gut and my intuition to guide me. I put myself in places and spaces that just connect with me the right people. So that’s what I’m the most proud of – the trust instilled in myself to be led by this soul work. And in doing all of this, I get to teach and influence others through what I love; it’s an incredibly gratifying feeling. I’m confident in who I am and what I can provide, and I KNOW that Human Design is a life-changing awareness tool. I want the readers to know that I work with anyone – whether you’re just at the start of your personal development journey, you’re an entrepreneur and have been in the game for 10 years, a 30 yr. old single male that needs support and guidance, or you’re a single mom who’s ready to leave the corporate world and make her mark in the world. I don’t niche myself down to one category – I help those that want to help themselves. Currently, I offer individual and two-person chart readings, clarity sessions where we go more in-depth into your chart, and long-term coaching containers (this is where the real magic happens) ranging from 3 – 6 months.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
My entire LIFE has been one risk after another, but I’ve always known that my safety net has been my internal faith in myself and the trust that I would be supported externally by doing so. I grew up in an entrepreneurial household. My dad has always been my role model when it comes to business – he can talk to anyone and everyone, and he’s paved the foundation for me and my brothers to want to follow our own entrepreneurial pursuits. I never sought out a job at Facebook or Google or wanted to climb the corporate ladder. I knew I was different from those around me growing up because I always relied on my inner knowing to get me to where I needed to go next. Let me tell you, NOTHING ever made sense in the moment, but I knew I had to follow what was guiding me – to everyone else on the outside they probably thought I was NUTS. I’ve gone through DARK stages and pivotal moments where I thought, “This is it!” but after 6 months, I learned that it wasn’t because I was bored and ready for the next thing. I’ve exercised all 17 million of my passions, spent thousands of dollars on creating new businesses, quit jobs after just a few days even because I could feel in my gut that something was off. I have always trusted my internal thermostat and compass, and throughout every job, business, experience, relationship, opportunity, it led me to where I am today and this business. Right here. I’ve never been more proud of anything in my life than I have for the confidence that I have now for turning this passion into not only a profitable, thriving business, but one that changes lives, time and time again. Everything I have done has led me to this new life that I am creating for myself and for others.
