Today we’d like to introduce you to DaLomonze Warren.
DaLomonze, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Growing up in Cleveland, I found my love for music early on. I’ve been blessed to develop a unique sound and work with talented artists. In 2021, my collaboration with Emcee N.I.C.E resulted in award-nominated tracks, including “Dancin” and the TBL anthem. With the release of “Monies” and my feature on DJ Slam’s “Inside Out” in 2022, I’m grateful for every opportunity. Embracing my new brand, MoneyManDaLo, I hope to keep inspiring others with my music while remaining humble and appreciative.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It is definitely not been a smooth road. Although my transition from R&B music to doing positive and inspirational music was one that got me in front of more people. It’s still not easily acceptable in traditional churches, so I’m actually more comfortable performing in clubs. The difficulty in finding fans in different place is also another roadblock since my music inspirational in an urban and hip-hop market
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What I am proud of that sets me apart from other people is the versatility in the way that I deliver music. Not only am I able to do multiple genres, but the way that I write grows and develops often. Being that I am a studio engineer, as well as an artist allows me the opportunity to be able to help other people while growing my own skills at the same time.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Everything that I do, whether it be helping someone with recording a song, writing, or critiquing someone else’s music, the creation of my own music, and even answering questions giving assistance about the background of the music business and artist development. It all has a sole purpose of helping to build others. The message, the methods, and the motivation is all about helping others. And I know that my music will continue to reflect that through the years.
