Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanisha Pappillion.
Hi Tanisha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As a single mother and veteran of the United States Armed Forces, I have always kept fitness and health at the forefront of my life. I value having an active fitness life and eating healthy for the better part of my life. It wasn’t until I found myself challenged with keeping the weight off, PCOS, and elevated liver enzymes from taking prescription medication for injuries acquired from my naval career, fibromyalgia among other things that I later discovered were contributing to my inability to lose unwanted stubborn weight and live a quality life free of prescription medication.
I was determined to take my own health into my hands and began to research more about how the body functions. I began to research natural remedies and herbs that my existing ailments could benefit from. The results that I began to receive from the natural remedies and herbs over time lit a fire under me! I began using various different healing modalities coupled with herbal and natural remedies to help treat many of the ailments I would experience i.e., inflammation, anxiety, constipation, hair loss, low energy, etc. I began to grow tremendously passionate about helping others experience the relief of their everyday ailments by inducting a lifestyle change using nutrition, exercise, and herbal remedies to catapult them on their wellness Journey, just as I have done for myself.
I embarked on my journey of starting my business and after intense research and the completion of my Master of Science Degree in Natural healing and wellness, I have learned such vital information that I believe people should have access to. Dedicated to bringing clean nutrition and access to our earth’s natural resources, I launched Vitali-T Concepts.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some of the struggles starting my business have been just knowing where to start. Often times I found myself holding off with starting the business because of the lack of knowledge on how to go about starting a business. I always felt like I had to have certain things before starting or have everything figured out. Once I started the business, I had some setbacks with vendors I was in contract with, and due to the pandemic, I had supply chain issues that didn’t allow me to launch when I expected to. However, I do believe things happen for a reason and I didn’t let that prevent me from pushing through the challenges and starting the business I have always had a vision for.

What is unique about Vitali-T Concepts is this brand was derived from my own health needs using my own testimony not getting the solutions sought out from our own medical health system. As the owner, I have personally created formulas that I know have personally for me and others closest to me, so my brand is derived from a personal journey where the medical needs that I had weren’t being met by the health care system that we here in the United States are so preempted to rely on. I want this brand to be known as a brand of solutions to some of the most common yet rectifiable ailments when given the proper nutrition and useful herbs.
