Small Business of the Day: Conversations with Stephanie Fritts of Exec Wranglers

Today’s Small Business of the Day features an interview with Stephanie Fritts. Please find our conversation below.

Thanks so much for joining us today. We’re excited for our readers to learn more about Exec Wranglers. Kick things off for us – what should they know?
We provide virtual assistant services to entrepreneurs and executives who are making a difference in the world – either through their business offerings and/or their support of one or more charitable organizations. We call them Impactful Leaders. We free up these Impactful Leaders from their day-to-day operations, allowing them to focus on their zone of harmony. By facilitating their growth and enabling them to make a more significant social impact, we are creating a ripple effect of goodwill and humanity in the world. Additionally, the team works collaboratively so our clients have the benefit of a wide range of skill sets.

What is your favorite service offering and why?
My favorite service offering is our starter package, The Roundup. Clients get 20 hours to utilize any way they wish during their first 90 days. It also includes structured onboarding to facilitate harmony in our partnership, up to 2 Hours of Roundup Kickoff Calls to train and onboard their Wrangler, a dedicated Wrangler uniquely matched to their needs, access to a multi-talented team of Wranglers, two mid-Roundup check-ins with a Client Harmony Wrangler, and any unused hours roll over to an ongoing monthly subscription. This package is designed to set both the client and Wrangler up for success.

Alright, before we go, let’s do a quick lightning round.
