At Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors, our journey began in 2020, born from a shared passion for thoughtful, beautiful spaces and a partnership built on balance and synergy.
Victoria’s path to design started with a love for art and business, honed through years in finance and mortgage industries. Her “design epiphany” came after years of remodeling homes and a realization that this was more than a passion—it was her calling.
Allann’s journey took a creative turn after a decade in fashion design and styling, blending her expertise with her husband’s home remodel projects. When her son started school, she re-entered the workforce, steering her focus toward interior design.
We met serendipitously and quickly discovered we were the perfect match—Victoria’s organizational finesse meets Allann’s creative flow, making collaboration effortless. Together, we craft spaces inspired by the natural beauty of the Hill Country, focusing on designs that are functional, personal, and timeless.
Our name carries deep meaning: “Sloan” represents Victoria’s cherished daughter’s name, while “Hollace” honors Allann’s grandfather. These connections, paired with our love for the rolling hills and lakeshores of West Austin, reflect our hearts and the essence of our firm.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The tough things have been the growing pains of a small business. Getting our footing within the community and building trust has taken time, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. One of our biggest challenges—and achievements—has been developing a proprietary, unique process that we’re truly proud of. It allows us to streamline our work, provide clarity for our clients, and ensure that every project is both enjoyable and successful. The lessons we’ve learned along the way have shaped us into the business we are today, and we’re grateful for the journey.

It’s about having an abundance of connection—building meaningful relationships with our clients, our team, and our community. It’s about creating spaces that inspire joy, comfort, and functionality, not just for others but in our own lives too. Success also means having an abundance of time—time to be creative, time to grow, and time to show up for our families and ourselves.
Ultimately, success is about living in alignment with your values. For us, that means designing beautiful homes that reflect our clients’ stories while also fostering a business that feels rewarding, purposeful, and sustainable. It’s having everything you need, appreciating what you have, and making space for what truly matters.
