Hi Jackie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, I’ve always had a strong visual and creative side. That passion led me to study architecture at Texas A&M University, where I discovered my love for design and storytelling. After graduating, I spent several years in commercial real estate, focusing on marketing, graphic design, and sales coordination. That experience gave me invaluable industry insights and deepened my appreciation for the power of presentation.
During that time, I noticed a major gap in real estate marketing—outdated, low-quality visuals were holding agents back. I saw a huge opportunity to elevate their brand and help them stand out through high-quality media.
So, I took a leap of faith and launched Elevate Real Estate Media, offering photography, videography, virtual tours, drone footage, and strategic content marketing. My goal has always been to help agents harness the power of visual storytelling and understand how investing in professional media can transform their business. Seeing firsthand how capturing properties in their best light not only enhances listings but also strengthens an agent’s brand has been incredibly rewarding.
I feel truly grateful to do what I love every day. Collaborating with my clients, watching them succeed, and being an extension of their team is deeply fulfilling. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to grow alongside them!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road definitely had its bumps along the way. I started shooting real estate as a hobby back in 2020, and when I learned how much I enjoyed it, the thought of doing this full-time lingered in the back of my mind. However, at the time, I was in a very stable corporate job, and the thought of leaving that comfort zone was scary, especially during COVID.
Fast forward to 2023, everything changed. I developed a rare spinal infection that took away my ability to walk, leaving me partially paralyzed. With the support of my loved ones and amazing doctors, it took months of intense rehab. While I’m incredibly thankful to have gained back my ability to walk again, that experience profoundly changed my perspective. It was a wake-up call that life is too short to let fear hold you back. That difficult and emotional journey forced me to reevaluate my life and what I truly wanted. I realized that if I was ever going to follow my passion, I needed to overcome my fears and go for it—no matter how scary it was!
As soon as I was able, I quit my corporate job and committed fully to building Elevate Real Estate Media. I haven’t looked back since!
Even with all the growing pains, very long days, and sleepless nights working on my business, I approach both life and Elevate Real Estate Media with a deep appreciation for every opportunity and I look forward to the road ahead!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I started Elevate Real Estate Media to offer innovative, impactful visual solutions for real estate, architecture, and design professionals here in Austin, Texas. What began as a small photography business quickly grew into a full-service media production company.
We offer photography, videography, drone media, virtual tours, virtual staging, agent branding content, script writing, headshots, and more!
As we grow, I remain committed to excellence in every project and bringing that same passion to every client and business we work with.
With us, it’s more than just a transaction—it’s a partnership built on support, collaboration, and growth.
I am most proud of the quality, attention to detail, and customer service we provide for our clients! With my background in real estate marketing, I use my expertise to help agents with high quality content so they can focus on sales and building their business!
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My family, especially my mom and partner Stephen, my mentors Alexandra and Chris who taught me everything from how to use a camera to how to run a business, all my clients who’ve trusted me with their media, and my three dogs who’ve emotionally supported me throughout. I would not have gotten to where I am today without their support and guidance!
