I’ve always had an eye for blending beauty with purpose, and over the years, I honed my craft through projects ranging from residential to commercial spaces, drawing constant inspiration from the world of luxury fashion. That passion naturally evolved into furniture design, where I saw an opportunity to bring high-end, fashion-inspired pieces to the design industry. With Jaimie Anand Luxury Home Collection, I create pieces that redefine interiors—where every design is not just functional but a statement of elegance and sophistication. My goal is to craft pieces that not only elevate a space but also create an unforgettable experience for the owner, seamlessly blending comfort with the artistry of couture-inspired details.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
“It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped my journey. One of the biggest struggles was proving that luxury fashion-inspired furniture could be both artistic and functional. Finding the right materials and skilled artisans who shared my vision took time, as did balancing creativity with the business side of design. Building a brand from the ground up required patience and resilience, but every obstacle pushed me to refine my craft. Looking back, the challenges made the successes even more rewarding, and they continue to inspire my work today.”

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
“My advice for those just starting out is to trust your instincts and stay true to your vision. The journey will come with its ups and downs, but resilience is key. Don’t be afraid to take risks and push boundaries—innovation often comes from stepping outside the box. Early on, I wish I had known how important it is to find a balance between creativity and the practical aspects of running a business. It’s easy to get caught up in the design process, but understanding logistics, managing finances, and building a strong network are just as crucial. And lastly, surround yourself with mentors and collaborators who inspire and challenge you. No one succeeds alone, and having a team of creatives makes all the difference.”
