Today we’d like to introduce you to Cinthya Beltran.
Hi Cinthya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was a 21 year old immigrant with many dreams to fulfill.
My name is Cinthya Beltrán and I’m Entrepreneur & Founder of Pink Mop ATX
I was born in Northern Mexico and came to this beautiful country with only $40 in my pocket, but I carried something far more valuable, discipline, determination, and an unstoppable drive to succeed.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today. I started working as a car saleswoman, where I discovered the power of sales and how much I loved the industry. I also worked as a waitress, learning firsthand the value of hard work and resilience. But deep down, I knew I was meant to create something of my own.
In 2016, I took a leap of faith and started my first business a cleaning company. For six years, I poured my heart into growing and managing it. I faced obstacles I never imagined, including the challenges of the pandemic, but I learned how to adapt, solve problems, and push through adversity. In 2022, I made the decision to sell the business, a step that proved to be one of the biggest learning experiences of my life.
By 2024, I stepped into a new industry and became the owner of a beauty salon. However, I soon realized my true passion lay elsewhere, and I put the business up for sale that same year. It was at the end of 2024 that everything clicked—I created Pink Mop ATX, a business built with love, passion, and a vision to make a lasting impact.
The road of entrepreneurship is never simple. You fall, and you get back up. But I have learned that with love, discipline, and perseverance, anything is possible. My story is still being written, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. My journey has been anything but smooth, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Every challenge, every setback, and every moment of uncertainty has shaped me into the person and entrepreneur I am today.
Even after selling my cleaning business and stepping into new industries, like owning a beauty salon, I realized that success isn’t just about having a great idea. It’s about persistence, adaptability, and knowing when to pivot. Founding Pink Mop ATX has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life, but even now, the road is never completely smooth. There are always obstacles, but I’ve learned to embrace them.
