Hi Amy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a mother, partner, sister, daughter, friend, small business owner, bodyworker, postpartum doula, sacral steam facilitator, green witch, folk herbalist, creatress, and aspiring wise woman. I was born in west Texas, lived most of my adult life in Colorado, then came home to my roots & moved to the gorgeous Texas hill country in 2021.
For over two decades, I’ve been on a path of service to my community through training in various healing arts. Over the past few years I have found myself more and more frequently helping a great number of couples conceive their babies naturally by guiding them through their choices in healing with herbal medicine, nutrition, hormone balance, and lifestyle strategies to support egg health and sperm quality.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Is it ever a smooth road for anybody?? My story has been filled with plot twist after plot twist up until now. Most recently I made the difficult decision to close my retail storefront wellness boutique after being open for 3 years. I am expecting a baby, which was a total surprise at my age (43!), and I knew that I could not give both my baby and my brick and mortar store the attention they both deserve at the same time. So I chose to focus on the babe for the next few years, liquidate my shop, and take my entire business online.

I help people feel better by making better choices. I specialize in and am known for my holistic herbal support through crafting organic functional tea blends, tinctures, and yoni steam blends, as well as offer guidance in swapping conventional everyday household and self-care products for cleaner nontoxic options. Over the past few years I have been quietly but consistently helping clients navigate fertility challenges with herbs and lifestyle changes.
What sets me apart from most of the noise you might hear everywhere about these topics is my approach. I don’t claim to be a medical-level expert on anything, or some type of worship-seeking guru. What I do have is over 20 years of education and anecdotal, boots on the ground experience in facilitating well rounded transformations by showing my clients how to implement one simple lifestyle shift at a time. I truly believe that we are our own healers and that sometimes people just need a lighthouse to show them the way forward and remember that they are always in control of their own wellness.
Right now I am most proud of the ebook I am writing called “Fertility Alchemy” about holistic fertility for couples! It is filled with information on how to prepare the womb and seed for conscious conception in an increasingly toxic world. There’s a 90-day protocol for both men and women to follow, tons of tips and hacks that traditional doctors are never going to share with their ttc patients, and a resource guide a the end that is jam-packed with local and nationwide providers and products with exclusive discounts for all of them.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I struggled with a mysterious and debilitating autoimmune condition for several years in my late 20’s that almost took me out. At times I was so swollen and in so much pain that I could not walk. The traditional western medical route I initially took was not helping me get better, in fact it was making me sicker as I struggled to find my way. I decided to become my own advocate and turned to what I learned in college (I studied complementary and alternative medicine at Metro State University in Denver, CO) in addition to seeking help from a Naturopath to overcome the illness. It took several months, but I was able to heal my body by fixing the root causes of my condition. This is the event that inspired me to help others in a similar way.
