Meet Alexa Henderson of Pantheon Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexa Henderson.

Alexa, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Pantheon may have started as a business in 2022, but the story really began with a camera lens.

Alexa was selling a lens on Facebook Marketplace when Pierre reached out. After asking what felt like a hundred questions about the specs, he convinced her of something unexpected: the lens was too good to sell.

Instead, he suggested they go shoot together.

A few days later they met at Zilker Park beneath a super moon overlooking Lady Bird Lake. An impromptu string quartet was playing nearby. Pierre showed up with his four-year-old daughter, Dezert, and his dog.

What was supposed to be a casual camera meetup quickly became something more.
“It felt like love at first sight,” Alexa says.

Then she learned Pierre was thirteen years younger than her.

That part took a little more processing.

Today they are married, raising two daughters together, and building Pantheon Media as both a family business and a shared mission.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been seasons when building Pantheon required enormous intention.

Like many small business owners, we’ve experienced periods where the vision felt larger than the available resources. At one point Alexa stepped into a full-time role for nearly a year to help support the family while Pierre continued building the company.

Looking back, those seasons taught us some of our most important lessons about resilience, commitment, and partnership.

Entrepreneurship often gets romanticized. The reality is that businesses are built through thousands of small acts of persistence and faith, day in, day out. Great stories, great relationships, and great reputations compound over time.

We’re still early in the journey, but every challenge has helped clarify the kind of company we want Pantheon to become.

As you know, we’re big fans of Pantheon Media. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Pantheon Media is a cinematic storytelling studio that helps visionary organizations earn trust, communicate their vision, and build lasting cultural relevance through film.

We create cinematic event films, founder stories, brand documentaries, investor-facing media, and content systems designed to create long-term value rather than short-lived marketing campaigns.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: stories are one of the most powerful forces shaping culture.

Every generation inherits narratives about what is possible, what is valuable, and what kind of future is worth building. The organizations we are drawn to are actively expanding those possibilities — whether through health, education, technology, regeneration, community, or human development.

What makes Pantheon different is the combination of Hollywood-level cinematic craftsmanship and deep story strategy. Before a camera ever comes out, we spend time uncovering the deeper narrative behind an organization — the mission, values, tensions, and vision that make their work matter.

We often say that attention can be bought, but belief must be earned.

The strongest brands are not built through louder marketing. They are built through clarity, consistency, and stories people genuinely trust.

Our role is simple: help meaningful organizations communicate their ideas with greater clarity, beauty, and emotional impact.

When meaningful ideas are communicated well, they don’t just gain attention.

They gain momentum.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to us is helping create a world where people have the opportunity to be healthy, connected, purposeful, and free to become who they were meant to be.

We believe media, business, education, technology, and culture can all play a role in that future. Our contribution is storytelling.

Because the stories we elevate today become the possibilities people believe in tomorrow.
