Hi Carolina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We are a local, family-owned, woman-owned, and LGBTQ+-owned business, and we are excited to share our story and hopefully inspire others too!
After years working in corporate operations, we wanted to build something of our own. We saw a need for reliable, straightforward cleaning for vacant listings and stepped in to fill that gap. We’re used to working on deadlines, staying organized, and following through.
What drives us the most is wanting to help people. We partner with local organizations to create work opportunities for people building their footing in Austin. Being part of the local community matters to us, and we’re proud to support it through our work.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been some struggles along the way, but everything is a learning opportunity for us! We are building everything ourselves, including the website (which has been a lot of work), creating a business plan, trying to find clients, training our contractors, and everything else you can think of!
Through our mistakes, we are learning how to polish our website, making it more efficient for clients to clearly see what we offer and get a quote. We’re also working on upcoming changes that will make the process even smoother for them and for us.
We’re also learning how to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our site’s presence. Everything is fun, and it can be a little overwhelming sometimes, but we’re learning so much and we do a really good job dividing tasks to make things happen!

We are a cleaning business that specializes in vacant properties only.
Our services include:
* Pre-Listing Cleaning (basic cleaning or deep cleaning): This service will get realtors/flippers ready to take pictures of the homes they are trying to sell and/or potential client walk throughs.
* Move Out Cleanings: We do a deep clean before the next tenant moves in.
* Post-Construction Cleaning: We come in and clean all the dust and everything left behind after the construction crew finishes building the property.
* Airbnb Turnover Cleaning: We leave the property spotless for the other guests to enjoy their stay.
What sets us apart is our background and our mission. Coming from the tech industry, we brought that high-level experience with deadlines, scheduling, and customer service into the cleaning world. But more importantly, we built this business to create great job opportunities locally and give back to the Austin community!

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
We try to get resources everywhere we can to do the best in life and at work. We, the owners, are not only business partners but life partners as well. Because we know each other so well and communicate so well, that really helps. We celebrate our wins together, but we can also be each other’s support when things are not going the way we expect, which happens with a new business. Communication, being positive, learning from mistakes, and moving forward are our pillars. We also have our friends who are excited for us as we take on this journey.
We have also taken Udemy courses and that’s helped, especially when building the website, learning about keyword searches, and monitoring the site’s performance. Articles have also been helpful. It’s nice reading about someone else’s experience and the things they share for others to learn from their journey. That’s also something we want to do, a blog!
Music is such a big part of our lives, and so is exercising; they both keep us grounded. Whether we’re listening to Oasis, Brandi Carlile, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, or some good rock n’ roll and international music, it keeps our energy up. We also make sure to stay active. We love working out together, but one of us loves to run while the other is into walking and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).
