Hi Manny, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
2Burrachos started from a simple idea: we wanted to bring something unique, fun, and authentically Texas to weddings and special events. What began with our Beer Burros quickly turned into something much bigger than we expected.
We saw how much joy the donkeys brought to guests—not only serving drinks, but creating an experience, photo opportunity, and memory that people talked about long after the event.
From there, we continued growing 2Burrachos by focusing on great service, professionalism, and finding creative ways to make each event special. Today, we’re proud to serve weddings, corporate events, private parties, and venues throughout San Antonio, New Braunfels, the Texas Hill Country, and beyond.
At the end of the day, 2Burrachos is about more than donkeys carrying drinks—it’s about creating an experience people remember.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any small business, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. One of our biggest challenges was introducing a service that most people had never seen before and turning a fun idea into a professional, dependable business.
We had to learn everything from working with venues and managing logistics to caring for our animals, building the right team, and educating clients about what we provide. Growing while maintaining the quality of the experience has also been important to us.
Every challenge has helped us improve, and we’ve tried to never lose sight of what made 2Burrachos special in the first place—creating memorable experiences and making people smile.

2Burrachos specializes in creating unique, interactive experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We’re best known for our Beer Burros—miniature donkeys dressed for the occasion who mingle with guests, serve beverages or favors, and create unforgettable photo opportunities.
What sets us apart is the experience we provide. Our burros are more than an attraction; they become part of the celebration. We take pride in their care, our professional service, and making sure every interaction is memorable for our clients and their guests.
What we’re most proud of is seeing an idea we believed in grow into a recognizable brand. There’s nothing better than watching people light up when they see our burros arrive and knowing we’ve added something special to one of the biggest days of their lives.
