Hi Delphine, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born in France with naturally very sparse eyebrows, so from a young age I understood how something so subtle could influence the way we see ourselves and how confident we feel.
I began my career as an international model, traveling the world and experiencing beauty through many different cultures. My own experience with sparse brows eventually became a passion and then a calling. I trained extensively across three continents and earned 24 certifications, developing my own signature philosophy along the way: less is more.
In 2021, during COVID, I took a leap of faith. I rented a townhouse on the Upper East Side and opened Delphine Eyebrow Couture. It was an uncertain time to start a business, but I believed deeply in my vision. I wanted to bring a little Paris to New York and create something more intimate and personal than a traditional beauty studio—a place where every client feels seen, understood and cared for.
My work is guided by what I call a light touch with deep intention. Nothing is standardized, rushed or overdone. I take the time to understand each person’s face, expressions, story and natural beauty. My goal is never to change someone, but to restore what feels authentically theirs.
Only four months after opening, my technique and “less is more” philosophy were recognized by Vogue and goop. It was an incredible moment because I had taken a risk during such an uncertain time and trusted my instincts.
But the greatest meaning in my work comes from the people I help. Many of my clients come to me after experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia, aging or other difficult chapters in their lives. For them, restoring an eyebrow can be about much more than beauty—it can help restore confidence, self-love and a sense of identity.
Today, I am deeply honored that some of New York’s respected surgeons and dermatologists trust my work enough to refer their patients to me. That trust means so much because it reflects what I have always believed: this work requires not only technique, but sensitivity, responsibility and a deep understanding of the person sitting in front of me.
What began with my own sparse eyebrows has become a purpose I could never have imagined. Every person who trusts me with their face and their story reminds me why I do this.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
I left France on my own, and that already came with a lot of uncertainty. I didn’t have a clear safety net or a guaranteed path—I had to build everything from scratch in a new country, in a very competitive industry.
One of the biggest challenges was learning to trust myself. I come from a very different culture, and moving to New York meant adapting not only professionally, but personally as well. There were moments where I had to take risks without knowing the outcome, especially when I decided to open my business during COVID in 2021. It was a time of fear and instability for everyone, and starting something new in the middle of that required a lot of belief and resilience.
There were also emotional challenges. Building something so personal, where my work is directly connected to people’s confidence and self-image, means there is a lot of responsibility. I had to learn how to stay grounded, patient, and consistent even when things felt uncertain.
But those challenges also shaped me. They taught me discipline, intuition, and the importance of staying true to my philosophy—less is more—even when it would have been easier to follow trends or take shortcuts.
Looking back, the uncertainty, the move from France, and the decision to take risks during COVID were all difficult moments, but they are also what made me who I am today.

I am an expert in beauty restoration, focused on natural and conservative eyebrow. My work is dedicated to creating brows that are so refined and individualized they feel almost invisible—yet profoundly transformative in how a person reconnects with themselves.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Outside of my work, I have a very strong spiritual practice that keeps me grounded and connected to myself\. It is something that guides the way I move through life and the way I make decisions, both personally and professionally\. I also run marathons, and this year alone I completed three\. For me, running is a form of discipline, clarity, and meditation in motion—it mirrors the same mindset I bring to my work: focus, endurance, and presence\.
