Today we’d like to introduce you to Becks Nichols.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I had just gotten divorced, was working in real estate and feeling uninspired, I needed something creative. A friend and colleague came to me and showed me permanent jewelry- and immediately it peaked my interest.
We began brainstorming and ultimately came up with a model we both liked. We did many pop-ups that were successful and some not so much. As my understanding of the market expanded I began to see a divide in our clientele. We were growing but had our own separate clients. We decided to split our business.
WeldedATX was born! I wanted to keep branding simple and keep the focus on the quality of the chains.
I reached out to boutiques and one of my stops was R. Brooklyn in Bee Caves. I pop-up there once a month and they carry my premade bandanas and select chains. I also take appointments here.
I introduced hand stamped Bully Bangles at the Round Top 2025 fall show with The Closet ATX, and was back in the winter and again in the spring. Between shows I pop-up and take appointments at The Closet.
I do a lot of private parties and pop-ups. One of my favorite spots is Love Shack Fancy on S. Congress. It’s such a fun area with so much energy- very different from the laid back vibes in hill country.
Another one of my favorites is Angel’s Icehouse- an iconic family spot. I set up for their markets, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.
I’m currently preparing for the Round Top 2026 show, where I will be joining my friends at The Closet ATX in the Arbors.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Splitting the business was a bit of a struggle.
Figuring out which events are worth my time has been difficult. But I think we’re close to being dialed in.

I create permanent and clasped, custom fit jewelry. I make bandana necklaces and hand stamped Bully Bangles.
I only carry 14k gold, 14k gold fill, and sterling silver chains. Quality is my first priority.
I my focus is on simple designs, natural materials, and comfortable wear.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Responsiveness and availability for events, and networking within my community to generate business and brand recognition.
