Today we’d like to introduce you to Anais Pegias.
Hi Anais, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, to a bilingual family (my mum is French and my dad is Greek). I had a French education and lived in Greece until I was 21. My parents came from humble beginnings but did everything they could to give us a great education. I studied classical piano at the state conservatory on a full scholarship and trained in ballet for years. Both taught me discipline from a very young age. At school, I was the nerd who loved reading and was heavily bullied for being different. I was always drawn to Astrology and Tarot, as my mum had occult books around the house. When I was 13, a friend forgot a deck of Oracle Cards at my house, and I started reading for people. Soon, adults were coming to me for readings and taking my advice. I knew from a young age that I had a psychic gift. That’s where my passion for the cards began.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Something happened when I was 15 that altered my experience forever. I experienced abuse from my piano teacher, which eventually cost me my scholarship at the conservatory. From that point, everything shifted and I spent years feeling lost and directionless. At 21, after visiting Durham, England, I felt inspired and made the boldest choice of my life: I decided to move to London. I had no money, no connections. I applied for an au pair position, convinced that no one would hire a woman from Greece. I received a response that same day. Two months later, I boarded a plane to London with a one-way ticket, €10 in my pocket, no phone credit and one small suitcase full of dreams. A friend’s mother had paid for my ticket and given me the money I carried. This was my only chance of a better life. No one believed me when I told them I was moving. I was determined to prove everyone wrong and I even said to myself ‘’One day I will tell the story of how I came to the UK with 10 euros in my pocket and made it a success’’. And here I am today. Telling my story. Full circle moment.
I lived in London for 13 years. Already fluent in English, I quickly fell in love with British culture. During my first year there, I met a medicine woman who initiated me into healing. After years of feeling trapped, traumatized and angry she opened a new path for me and I began the inner work.
At 23, I discovered meditation and committed to a daily practice. I immersed myself in Astrology, Numerology, Symbology and Tarot. As I healed, I watched old patterns dissolve, my confidence grow and my life transform. Yet I still didn’t believe I was good enough to coach full-time, so I continued doing Tarot readings alongside other jobs.
At 26, I discovered Yoga, which transformed my relationship with my body. At 30, Breathwork became the missing piece I had been searching for. That same year, I fully committed to creating THE ANAIS WAY™ and stepped into my role as a mentor for women. Since then, I’ve expanded my business while qualifying in Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga (200TT), Reiki Level III and Coaching. But my greatest teachers have always been my daily practice and the women I’ve had the privilege to guide.
As my work grew internationally, I felt called to build something even bigger.
In 2021, I met my husband and in 2024 we decided to move to Austin, Texas (without having ever been here before). It was his idea to move here, and I immediately said yes. I thought, if I could leave my hometown at 21 with almost nothing, imagine what my partner and I could create together. We came to Austin to build our own version of the American Dream.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a women’s mentor for Artists, Healers & Female Leaders and the founder of THE ANAIS WAY™. THE ANAIS WAY™ is a global coaching and mentoring brand known for its unconventional approach to healing and identity transformation. My work helps women heal deeply, reclaim their authentic voice and embody a new identity through an approach that combines somatic healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, tarot, art and intuitive guidance.
I focus exclusively on mentoring and coaching women who operate in creative, spiritual and leadership spaces. Because the work is intimate and highly personalised, client confidentiality is central to my practice. My clients include healers and modern mystics, artists and visionary creators, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and public-facing women. Although their lives look very different, many arrive at the same threshold: they are successful, but they have become disconnected from their voice, their body or the next version of themselves.
Over the past fifteen years, I have guided more than 1,000+ women around the world. Through that work, I developed my signature framework, THE ANAIS METHOD, an integrated approach combining nervous system regulation, somatic healing, breathwork, meditation, neurographica, intuitive guidance, tarot and identity work.
At its core is the belief that lasting transformation happens when the mind, body and intuition work together.
THE ANAIS METHOD moves through three interconnected stages: regulation, revelation and embodiment. First, we create safety in the nervous system. Then we uncover the unconscious patterns, beliefs and identities shaping a woman’s choices. Finally, we anchor a new identity through intuitive leadership, expression and consistent embodied action.
My mission is for every woman to awaken to her sovereign power. My approach is unconventional and avant-garde. No matter what my clients come to me for, one thing is for sure: Transformation will happen fast.
THE ANAIS WAY™ offers premium mentorship programs designed for healers, artists, female leaders and women of influence. Some of my best-known programs include LOVE STORY, which helps women heal their relationship with themselves and with love, rewrite old relational patterns and magnetize their dream partner.
My other program, RENAISSANCE: The Birth of the Avant-Garde Woman, is an immersive experience for women ready to release destructive patterns and consciously rebirth themselves into a new identity. It is an initiation into evolution, where art, healing and rebellion become one.
I also offer selective private mentorship experiences ranging from three months to one year, alongside masterclasses, masterminds and in-person events. These are intimate, high-touch spaces designed for women ready to move beyond people-pleasing, guilt and over-giving and into embodied confidence, authority and self-trust.
In 2026, I launched THE ANAIS SHOW, an unscripted podcast for mystics, artists, healers and female leaders, already reaching listeners across 16 countries. Each episode is a direct, high-frequency transmission exploring self-love, identity, manifestation, self-sabotage and masculine and feminine energetics.
Alongside my mentoring work, I continue to express my own artistry and am currently recording my debut album that will be released in November 2026. It is a passion project I began in 2017, 9 years ago. I make music, write and sing for the same reason I mentor women: to empower and inspire.
I am also writing my first book which I am preparing for publication in 2027.
I have found a way to blend my love for mentoring and art and I truly love what I do. My clients are changing the world.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Discipline has been the most important quality behind my success. I always say to my clients ‘’Discipline will bring you freedom’’. I have spent years working with women from many different countries, cultures and backgrounds. That experience has given me a deep understanding of human nature and taught me how to recognise patterns very quickly. I often see the gap between who a woman has learned to be and who she is becoming before she can fully articulate it herself. My role is to help her see that clearly and act on it. Discipline is the thread that runs through both my own life and THE ANAIS METHOD.
Today I live the most extraordinary, abundant and luxurious life with my husband, in our beautiful home in South Austin. He is a powerhouse, one of my biggest inspirations and greatest supporter.
My life journey has required grit, determination, commitment, discipline, courage, boldness, but most importantly: unwavering belief in myself and in something greater than me. I manifested all my dreams and more and created a ripple effect in the world that younger Anais would be so proud of.
When I look back to my own story I have tears in my eyes and I can only be grateful for all the hardships I have been through because they got me here. I did not begin with wealth, connections or a clear path, but I built a life that once seemed impossible to me. Behind what people see today are thousands of hours spent studying, practising, meditating, mentoring and doing my own inner work.
In my day to day, I take action. I am focused, disciplined and because I take care of myself and my nervous system I am able to support clients to the highest level without ever depleting my energy. I’m fully devoted to my mission and although I have been doing this work for over a decade.. I feel I have only just begun.
